Coastal Carolina Artists & Crafters Guild “Shop Hop” scavenger hunt packages go on sale.
Coastal Carolina Artists & Crafters Guild and the Onslow Shriners invite the community to a day of fun, food and locally crafted works of art. Guests can enjoy an abundance of distinctive, handcrafted works of art and meet local artisans while supporting the fundraising efforts of Onslow Shrine Club through food purchases. The event will be held in the cafeteria of Jacksonville High School from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, November 15. As a special treat, Coastal Carolina Artists and Crafters Guild will be holding the premiere sale of “Shop Hop” scavenger hunt packages.
** ONLY OUTDOOR SPACES REMAINING FOR THE CRAFT FAIR **
Featuring small, privately owned businesses within a 55-mile radius of downtown Jacksonville, “Shop Hop” packages afford the community the opportunity to visit local shops supporting the area’s creative talent. During the month of February, “Shop Hoppers” will enjoy competing for prizes as they have their scavenger hunt map marked each time they visit a new shop. Those contestants whose maps are marked by every shop will be eligible to win a $300 cash grand prize. Witty contestants who collect all pieces of the puzzle and identify each puzzle item will be eligible to win one of five $10 gift certificates redeemable at any booth at the Spring Craft Fair next May. Cost of a Shop Hop package is $5.
